A wall light built from two overlapping circular discs: a larger disc of natural travertine fixed flat to the wall, and a smaller solid wood disc lying across it and offset to one side, like a partial eclipse. An opal glass globe sits where the two edges cross, so the light appears to come from the seam between stone and timber.
Design and materials
The rear disc is natural travertine, honey-beige with the open pores and soft banding the stone is known for. The front disc is solid wood, and the shade is an opal glass globe. Two colourways are offered: walnut with beige travertine, and natural wood with beige travertine. Because the travertine is natural, its pores and banding fall differently on every piece.

The fitting takes a G9 bulb and the supplier specifies a warm colour temperature. The opal glass globe diffuses the light rather than leaving the lamp visible.
